Part time Course
Afternoon and evening part-time courses are ideal for students who work or live in the U.K. and wish to perfect their English and gain new skills. Although no course book is provided to part-time students, they will be given supplementary learning materials produced in-house by experienced teachers.
You will be given an initial assessment to determine which class is most suitable to develop your level and understanding of English. The initial assessment will include a grammar test, writing test and speaking test. We reserve the right to place you in a class which we deem appropriate for your level.

Our IELTS / Study Skills course prepares learners for the IELTS exam as well as equips them with practical skills which they will need when they study at college.
Part-time courses enable flexibility in that you can fit them round your life and work
The IELTS test can be taken in a test centre located 300 metres from the school for a fee set by the centre.

Anglia Exams
Taking Anglia Exams is an excellent way of completing your English study. The certification supports what you have learnt and confirms your level of English competency. Because of this, Anglia certificates are widely accepted by employees globally.
The topics and tasks in this course have been carefully selected so as to cover the syllabi of Anglia Business English exams, which can be taken at the end of the course at the school for an additional fee.
PELS is an Anglia Syndicate test centre. Anglia exams assess English competency and have been approved by EALTA, which is a professional association for language testers in Europe. The wide range of Anglia exams is mapped into the Common European Framework of Reference.

ESOL Skills for Life &Citizenship
ESOL Skills for Life classes are for adult speakers whose home language is not English, who are living or trying to settle in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. These may be migrant workers, people from settled communities and partners/ spouses of people who have been settled in this country for a number of years.
The topics and tasks in this course follow the Adult ESOL Core Curriculum and reflect the use if English in everyday life. At the end of the course you will be able to take the Cambridge ESOL Skills for life exam in the school at no extra cost. It is also possible to sit the Citizenship test for an additional fee at the local test centre.
